Spatial distribution of hermaphrodite and female individuals in populations of Daphne laureola

Antonio is PhD student at the Doņana Biological Station (Spain) and works in the Evolutionary Ecology Group under the direction of Carlos Herrera and Conchita Alonso. He is interested in the spatial distribution of individuals in populations of Daphne laureola, a gynodioecious species. Thus, in its populations one can observe hermaphrodite and female individuals. Specifically, Antonio wants to test if female individuals show an aggregated distribution within all individuals which would supports the mitochondrial inheritance of the male sterility. He is using the Programita for his spatial analysis.
